We are very happy with the service and recommendations Carmel provided us when we were redecorating our newly purchased home, prior to moving in. As we were living in another State the opportunities for face to face time with Carmel were very limited; therefore, we were extremely happy when, during our first meeting, she presented us with two options for carpet and paint colours which were both very suitable. We had sent Carmel pictures of our furniture and house and she selected a colour scheme to match both which resulted in a cold house turning into the warm home we love. Carmel has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of home renovation and decoration with contacts in a wide range of associated areas. Once our painting and carpeting were completed and we had moved in, we meet with Carmel to choose curtain materials and furnishings which, once selected, she had the curtains made and then personally attended to oversee that they were installed correctly. Carmel also gave us recommendations on a selection of indoor and outdoor furniture and floor rugs, as well as many other items. She was always available to discuss any aspect and she was at all times extremely professional and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending Carmel to friends and businesses.
